Activity 8: Google Forms

I created a Google Form to poll my team mates to see when we could get together for a summer gathering.  It was easy to create.  Hopefully, it is just as easy to use for my team members.  I liked how it was easy to add multiple questions and choose the response format.  There was also an option to let those that are being polled to suggest an alternative that you had not included which was helpful in this poll, but I can see where you would not always want that option on.

  1. This would be great to use with parents too! I felt empowered with the poll you sent me, imagine how parents will feel!

  2. Great form. I can see this working a lot of ways for parents and teachers. I think I'll work up a parent volunteer form for a field trip or something. Then we can organize communications through our websites and track everything electronically, rather than trying to keep track of individual paper copies, emails, and phone messages. Could this be the end of the hard copy of permission slips?

  3. Looks good! Were you able to plan a get together!? Did you get the responses you needed!? This could be used with students, parents, other teachers, etc!
